I’ve been brewing this every morning for two weeks and that smooth, sweet high-altitude profile really holds up cup after cup. The washed processing keeps it clean without any bitter edge, which is exactly what I want in an everyday coffee.
The washed processing gives it such a clean, bright finish, and the sweetness lingers just right without any bitterness. I’ve brewed it both as a pour-over and in my French press, and it stays smooth and balanced either way.
The altitude really shows in this one—smooth and sweet without any sharp edges, exactly what I look for in a daily brew. I’ve been using it as my morning go-to for a week now and it’s consistently easy to drink, even black. Definitely a welcome return to my rotation.
