I was hesitant about a Peruvian coffee from a drier region, but the rounded sweetness really comes through. That subtle floral note lingers just long enough without any sharp bite—perfect for my afternoon pour-over.
The low acidity is what sold me—it finishes so clean I don’t even need sugar, and those juicy fruit notes carry through every sip. Brewed it in my pour-over this weekend and the florality came out subtle but lovely.
