I brewed this as a pour-over on a slow Sunday morning and the cup was so bright and clean it almost felt like a palate cleanser. The washed process really lets the floral character shine without any heaviness, and it finished with a gentle sweetness that lingered nicely. Already on my second bag.

I've brewed a lot of Geshas and this washed one is easily the cleanest cup I've had in months—the florals are so bright they almost taste like jasmine tea, and there's zero heaviness on the finish. Perfect for a slow pour-over when I want something refreshing instead of syrupy.
