The clay feels wonderfully substantial in your hand, and the celadon speckling catches the light in a way that makes each sip feel a bit special. I've already used mine for every coffee today and it's holding up beautifully.
The speckled celadon glaze shifts between green and grey depending on the light, which makes it feel different every morning. It's nicely weighted in the hand and the local Cornish clay gives it a warm, slightly gritty texture I've grown fond of.
The speckled celadon glaze is even prettier in person, and the clay feels dense and cool in my hand before the tea warms it through. I love that it’s thrown from Cornish clay—there’s a subtle unevenness to the rim that makes every sip feel a bit more special.
