The dark fruit notes hit first, then that Earl Grey-like finish lingers in a way that makes me slow down and actually savor the cup. It’s been three years in the making and you can tell—there’s a depth here that feels properly thought through.
The bright citrus really comes through on the first sip, but the dark fruit underneath gives it a nice depth that lingers. I've been brewing it in my pour-over and it's smooth all the way through, no bitterness at the end. That three years of partnership clearly paid off.
