The weight of this mug feels just right in my hand, and the Cornish clay gives it a slightly gritty texture that makes every sip feel more grounded. It's clearly hand-thrown, with subtle unevenness in the rim that I actually love. My morning coffee tastes better out of it, and that's all I needed.
The speckle on the matt white finish catches the light in a way that makes every mug feel one-of-a-kind, and the hand-thrown weight is just right for my morning coffee. You can tell it’s made from the Cornish clay—it’s got a warmth that cheaper ceramics just don’t have.
The clay is clearly something special—you can see the little speckles through the matte glaze, and knowing it's dug from Cornwall makes it feel more personal. It holds a generous amount of tea without getting too hot to handle, which is exactly what I wanted.
