The espresso brewing nuances portion alone was worth the price—my shots have been noticeably more consistent since I started applying what I learned. The way they break down extraction variables gave me the confidence to finally push toward that Head Barista role.

I came away with a much sharper sense of dialing in shots, and the small group size meant plenty of time for the instructor to correct my technique.

Finally got around to doing an intermediate module that actually pushes past the basics—the espresso brewing nuances section alone was worth the fee. Walked away with a sharper grasp on dialing in and a real path toward head barista work. Only wish the course had been a day longer.
