The hands-on practice with the steaming wand was way more intuitive than I expected, and the instructors let you take your time perfecting the pour. I left with a proper leaf pattern on my first try, which felt like a real win for someone who usually just drinks instant coffee.
The small class size meant I got plenty of time at the machine, and the milk steaming tips alone have already improved my home cappuccinos. Left with a proper swirl in my cup and a lot more confidence.
The hands-on milk steaming portion was way more practical than I expected, and I actually managed to pour a half-decent rosetta by the end of the session. If you’ve got a creative streak, this is a solid way to spend an afternoon.
