The 38% ratio hits a perfect balance—sweet enough to feel indulgent but the cocoa nibs add just enough crunch and bitterness to keep it interesting. I’ve already finished half the bar in one sitting, and the texture from that toasted milk powder is genuinely something else.
The toasted milk powder gives it this deep, almost caramel-like warmth, and the cocoa nibs break up the creaminess perfectly. I ate half the bar in one sitting without even realizing, it's dangerously smooth.
The cocoa nibs give it just enough crunch against that creamy, toasted white chocolate, and the Nicaraguan butter makes it melt way smoother than most bars I’ve tried. Finished the whole thing in one sitting, no regrets.
