Three weeks in and every bag has been a total surprise — last one was a honey-processed Colombian that tasted like caramel apple. The variety alone keeps me excited to brew my morning cup.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a weekly delivery, but the variety of processing methods alone has been a mini education in my morning routine. Last week's batch from a country I'd never even heard of blew my mind. This is the most fun I've had with my coffee ritual in years.

The roasted beans from Ethiopia this week had this amazing blueberry note I didn't expect, and the fact it switches countries every week keeps things exciting. Even the packaging is nicely done, with the origin story printed on the bag. I look forward to brewing something new every Monday now.
