The hands-on milk steaming part was the highlight for me — I finally understand how to get that silky texture instead of just foam. Came in with zero experience and left actually able to pour a passable rosetta, which felt like a small miracle.

My flatmate and I did this on a rainy Saturday and the hands-on milk steaming part really got us going—by the end I could actually pour a half-decent rosetta. The instructor was patient with our shaky hands and the Edinburgh location made it a fun day out.

Booked this as a birthday treat for myself and came away with actual pours I was proud of. The hands-on session in Edinburgh gave us plenty of steam wand time, so by the end I could nail a basic rosetta on my second try.
