Dor & Tan - Mug (nori green)

The speckled green glaze catches the light beautifully, and knowing it’s made from Cornish clay from St Agnes makes it feel even more special. It’s clearly hand-thrown—the slight unevenness in the walls gives it a warmth that factory mugs just don’t have.

The rim feels perfectly weighted in my hand, and the speckled surface of that Cornish clay catches the light just right. My morning tea stays warmer longer than it did in my old mug, which is all I really ask for.

The glaze on this mug has such a lovely depth to it, and the way it feels in hand is just right—substantial but not heavy. I keep reaching for it over every other cup in the cabinet, and it's made my morning tea feel like a small ritual.
